Ways to Enjoy Matcha
Usucha

Sift 1.5g of matcha

Add 70ml of hot water

Whisk vigorously for15 seconds, remove the whisk when matcha has foamed nicely.
Koicha
- Sift 4g of matcha
- Add 70ml of hot water
- Mix slowly with tea whisk for 15 seconds untill perfectly smooth.
Iced Matcha
- Sift 1.5g of matcha
- Add 50ml of hot water
- Whisk vigorously for 15 seconds until perfectly mix
- Chill with ice
Matcha Latte
- Sift 3g of matcha
- Add 20ml of hot water and whisk vigorously until perfectly smooth
- Add 100ml hot milk and stir.
- Add preferred amount of sugar and sparkling matcha on top of milk.
Iced Matcha Latte
- Sift 6g of matcha
- Add 40ml of hot water
- Mix slowly with tea whisk for 15 seconds untill perfectly smooth.
- Put preferred amount of ice in the glass and pour 200ml milk
- Pour matcha into the glass and stir
