A roasted tea powder with a fragrant aroma made from carefully selected uji hojicha. Recommended for baked goods such as cookies and chiffon cakes. It is also ideal for hojicha latte, as well as whipping cream or dessert making.
Hojicha Type A:
Made from higher-grade hojicha tea leaves, Type A offers a more refined and elegant roasted aroma, with a lighter flavour and colour.
Hojicha Type B:
With a heavier roast, Type B delivers a stronger roasted flavour and darker colour, making it ideal for lattes, baking and desserts.
